Byredo Black Saffron Eau de Parfum is an Amber Spicy genderless fragrance created by founder Ben Gorham and perfumer Jerome Epinette. It is heavily inspired by the cultural and spiritual significance of saffron in India.
The Opening: It begins with a bright, crisp blend of Saffron, Juniper Berries, and Chinese Grapefruit.
The Heart: As it develops, a dark, tactile core of Leather and Black Violet takes over, adding a sophisticated, smoky depth.
Top notes: Juniper berries, Pomelo (Chinese grapefruit), and Saffron.
Heart notes: Black Violet, Cristal Rose, and Leather Accord.
Base notes: Blonde Woods, Raspberry, and Vetiver.
