1. How do I Place an Order Online

Type www.menakart.com in the browser and select your desired product. Click Add to Cart and then provide your credentials (Login / Sign up). After this step, please provide your Address details and then select your preferred payment method to place an order online.

2. What all Payment Options are available?

We accept all major Credit cards (Visa / Master / Amex) using PayPal payment gateway. We also provide Cash on Delivery option in UAE.

3. How do I check the status of my Order?

Go to My Account and provide your credentials. Next page will show all your existing and previous orders placed with their current status (Dispatched / Ordered, etc.)

4. Does Menakart Offer Warranty on Products?

Menakart offers one year warranty on all Mobile Phones, Tablets & Laptops. If there is any issue with the product, you can get in touch with us as [email protected] and we will arrange a pickup of the product and ensure to service and send it back to your address (Warranty is only on software and not on liquid, physical or any external damages).

5. Can I Order a Product which is Not in Stock

Products listed Out of Stock are not available for sale. But you can use the “Notify Me” feature to be informed once the product is live so that you can place an order online

6. What is the delivery timeframe if I Order online

The delivery days are mentioned in the product detail page. We ensure to dispatch the product in 24 – 48 working hours and some products are sourced internationally and will take 10 – 15 working days.

7. Why do I see different prices for books with the same Title

The prices are different according to the edition of the Title. Some books are collector’s edition and some are paperback or hardback.

8. Can I Gift Wrap an Order

Yes you can request for gift wrapping. You can mention the same in the Gift Message box in the Check out Page or you can send us an Email to [email protected] for Gift Wrapping with the order number so that our dispatch team will be do the needful.

9. Is it safe to use my Credit card in Menakart

It is 100% safe to use your credit card online at Menakart.com as the credit card details are directly entered in the payment gateway and it is secure

10. Is there any Delivery Charges

For any order lesser than AED 100, there is a delivery charge in UAE. For all orders placed in other countries, the delivery charges are calculated at the checkout page according to the weight of the product and the destination.

11. How can I track my Order

Once the order is dispatched, an automatic mail is sent to the user’s Email id with the courier name, courier URL and docket number. The customer can enter the docket number in the courier’s website and track the shipment progress.
