Shipping

1. What is the delivery timeframe if I Order online

The delivery days are mentioned in the product detail page. We ensure to dispatch the product in 24 – 48 working hours and some products are sourced internationally and will take 10 – 15 working days. iTune codes are Emailed to the user’s email id.

2. What are the Delivery charges

We provide Free Shipping in UAE if the order value is greater than AED 100. For other countries, the shipping charges are calculated automatically at the checkout page according to the weight of the product and destination country.

3. How can I track my Order

Once the order is dispatched, an automatic mail is sent to the user’s Email id with the courier name, courier URL and docket number. The customer can enter the docket number in the courier’s website and track the shipment progress.

4. Is there any Custom / Taxes / Octroi Charges

We do not have control on Taxes / Custom / Octroi charges and it varies from country to country. If there are any custom charges, it should be borne by the customer / recipient and Menakart doesn’t take any responsibility for custom charges charged during delivery.

5. Shipping Restrictions

There are some restrictions in countries where we won’t be able to ship our products. Once the order is placed, we would be informing the customer and the order will be cancelled if the courier has restrictions delivering in the country.

6. Do you provide Same Day Delivery mechanism

Currently we do not provide Same Day delivery, but we ensure to dispatch the product in 24 – 48 working hours once the order is placed.

7. Non-receipt of Package post Dispatch

Normally once the order is dispatched, the courier delivers the product in 3 – 5 working days according to the shipping country. If you have not received the order or not able to track the same, please do get in touch at cs@menakart.com so that we can check with the courier and arrange the delivery at the earliest.

If the address mentioned is incorrect, the courier will return back the product to our company address. You can either place a new order with the correct address or Email us at cs@menakart.com with the correct address so that we can amend the same and dispatch it correctly.
